Early Life and Career
Victoria was born and raised in Georgia (yes, Georgians, y’all have got a star in this one). So how did she get into music? Well, it started when she was quite young, actually. From as little as a toddler, Victoria always showed interest in music and musical instruments, and her mother, being a supporting parent even at a young age, got her a $10 guitar for her 12th birthday. Victoria has shared that this was in fact a pivotal moment in her career, as she quickly learned to play the guitar and has been in love with it ever since.
Flashforward to her adolescent years, and despite having a rather tumultuous childhood, Victoria used music as her way of finding relief from all the pressures of coming of age. Fun fact though; Victoria actually wanted to be on Broadway, and her mom would often take her for auditions for plays, which made her even more eager to go into music.
